What is Captain Mike's Mars Adventure
and Is It Educational?
Welcome to Captain Mike’s Mars Adventure. This mission helps students discover information about Mars in a fun, hands-on way.
We have designed Captain Mike’s Mars Adventure to be used as a tool either in the classroom or at home. In the class, it can be completed as an interactive group work, or by children working as individuals or in small teams. The whole experience should take no more than 30-40 minutes for children to complete.
Facing Mars
From January 30-May 9, 2010, Pacific Science Center presents Facing Mars, an exhibit where you can learn about some of the questions about human exploration of Mars.
